Terms and Conditions for EliteVA360

Welcome to EliteVA360! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and virtual assistant services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Service Overview
EliteVA360 provides remote virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, content creation, calendar and inbox management, web support, and digital marketing assistance.
2. Working Hours & Availability
EliteVA360 is currently operated on a part-time basis. Standard availability includes:
- Weekdays: Approx. 4 hours per day (IST)
- Weekends: Full availability Communication and delivery timelines will be discussed clearly before onboarding and based on selected service plans.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary access, instructions, and clarifications to carry out assigned tasks efficiently. Any delay caused due to incomplete information may impact delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring any shared content, files, or materials are lawful and that proper permissions are granted.
4. Payment Terms
- All plans are prepaid and must be paid in full before work begins.
- Pricing is listed in USD and subject to change with prior notice.
- Custom plans or hourly services will be priced and invoiced individually.
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the billing date.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day window from the start of service to request a refund, provided work hasn’t been significantly completed. Refunds are not available for unused hours, late cancellations, or after project delivery.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat all shared information as confidential. No data will be shared or reused outside your project. We use secure platforms for collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack).
7. Use of Third-party Tools
We use third-party platforms (Canva, Notion, Buffer, WordPress, etc.) to execute tasks. Clients are responsible for maintaining their tool subscriptions and sharing relevant login details securely.
8. Limitation of Liability
EliteVA360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or delays, resulting from the use of our services.
9. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time. Clients will be notified in advance. Any misuse of services or abusive behavior will result in termination without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content created by EliteVA360 (designs, documents, posts, etc.) for your business will be your property once final payment is made. Templates or materials sourced from third-party tools may be subject to their licensing terms.
11. Trial Period
EliteVA360 may offer a one-time, limited-duration free trial to eligible users. The trial scope and duration will be defined by EliteVA360. No charges are applied unless the user upgrades to a paid plan. We reserve the right to deny or revoke trial access at our discretion.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, we aim to resolve matters amicably. If needed, any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
